Job Overview

The position of a Project Manager at our organization requires exceptional leadership and management skills. This role entails overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

As a highly skilled Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise in estimation, design review, and production planning will be crucial in driving project success.

In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting site visits, providing technical input during client meetings, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful in this position, you must possess strong knowledge of construction methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project schedules with milestones and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services to meet project requirements.
  • Supervise foundation, erection, roofing, cladding, and finishing works to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Manage subcontractors, labor, and equipment deployment to optimize project efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7–12 years in project management (preferably PEB / Industrial / Infrastructure sector).
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, including estimation, design review, and production planning.
  • Expertise in site execution of civil & steel/PEB projects, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera (preferred), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Other: Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
