We're looking for a visionary professional who can unlock the potential of data to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build & Experiment: Develop and refine machine learning models and data-driven features that deliver actionable insights.
  • Data Engineering & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze structured + unstructured data to uncover valuable patterns and trends.
  • Prototype to Production: Collaborate with engineers to rapidly test ideas in notebooks, then work together to productionize models.
  • Measure & Iterate: Design experiments, define success metrics, and continuously improve model performance through data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to support real-world use cases.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer with expertise in developing scalable data solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; comfort with popular libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience with data pipelines and storage systems.
  • Understanding of generative AI techniques is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or venture-building settings.
