Job Opportunity: Salesforce Data Cloud Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Data Cloud professional to join our organization. This role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining data cloud solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques. Experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations is also required.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate should have good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data streams for ingestion, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.
  • Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for end-to-end personalization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Document solutions and provide training to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
  • Good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certifications (preferred): Data Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Platform Developer I/II.
