Job Title: Digital Design Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for executing all visual design stages from concept to final product.

You will conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness, creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas. You will present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

As a Digital Design Specialist, you will establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards, driving the development of innovative solutions that meet our business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in graphic design and web design principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Solid understanding of creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
  • Knowledge/Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or FIGMA other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Knowledge (or willingness to learn) in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Degree/Diploma in Graphics, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subject.
