Financial Reporting Specialist

This role involves assisting the team and leading bank reconciliation activities. We are looking for a professional who can reconcile various product accounting with MIS of respective systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team and leading bank reconciliation activities
- Reconciliation of various product accounting vis a vis MIS of the respective systems
- Preparation of management information as required to facilitate strategic decision making
- Maintenance of technical and working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) especially IND AS 32, 107, and 109
- Independent execution of tasks assigned
- Monthly/quarterly and annual closure of books of accounts and financial statements
- Robust control and execution over treasury related areas viz. repayments reconciliations, MIS preparation, and data preparation for regulatory authorities
- Closure of statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Monitoring expenses monthly and developing measures to control costs
- Proper and efficient tracking of operating expenses including variance analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sound knowledge of Direct Tax (TDS) and Indirect Tax (GST)
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Able to take ownership of work and drive it to closure
