Financial Reporting and Consolidation

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Reporting and Consolidation specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage the financial reporting process, including the consolidation of financial statements, quarterly and annual financial reports, and other financial disclosures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage external audits conducted by independent auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial modeling, to support business decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
