About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in audit management to oversee the completion of assigned audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing audit plans addressing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring the successful completion of assigned audits by conducting thorough risk assessments, client meetings, and status updates as required.
  • Monitoring and controlling audit progress, reviewing work papers, and ensuring compliance with internal standards for documentation.
  • Managing audit resources effectively to optimize efficiency, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
  • Gathering and analyzing information, data, and findings to inform recommendations and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including report-writing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement and control strengthening.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty while working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and best practices, including INDAS and the Companies Act.
