Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct background research, gather data, and support preparation of reports for governance reform initiatives
  • Contribute to drafting policy documents and recommendations under supervision
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and analysis summaries for internal and external audiences
  • Keep abreast of political developments; introduce best practices and innovations to team processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
