Senior Software Requirements Analyst

This is a dynamic role that requires expertise in gathering and defining business requirements, analyzing business processes, and overseeing successful iteration management.

We are seeking a skilled Requirements Analyst to drive our product roadmap by translating business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, facilitating communication between technical teams and business users, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
