Job Overview:

As a Gen AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale artificial intelligence systems using Python and machine learning frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing autonomous AI agents using OpenAI Functions or custom orchestration solutions to handle tool use and multi-step reasoning.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop generative AI models for text generation, summarization, and conversational AI, applying prompt engineering techniques.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient data access patterns for AI workloads and implement retrieval-augmented generation using Azure AI Search or AWS OpenSearch.

  • Build and manage data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Databricks or equivalent tools.

  • Develop intent detection models and natural language understanding (NLU) components for conversational AI applications.
