Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled AI developer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge AI systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents from scratch without relying on third-party tools or libraries.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Processing: Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and pipelines for data processing, decision-making, and interaction logic.
- Model Development: Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using Python without relying on external platforms.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI and ML model development, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Integration: Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs to create seamless interactions.
- Experimentation: Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on design and functionality to improve overall system performance.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
- Machine Learning: Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
- Coding Skills: Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
- Algorithm Development: Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex AI challenges.
