Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to generate, qualify, and nurture leads for our high-value data analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will be persistent, target-driven, and self-motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers confidently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Target Account Research: Identify key decision-makers across industries using LinkedIn, databases, and other tools.
  • Personalized Outreach: Run email, LinkedIn, and call campaigns to engage potential leads and build relationships.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Discovery Calls and Demos: Book meetings with Business Development Managers to showcase our solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM systems.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze outreach performance and optimize messaging for higher conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or pre-sales (B2B preferred).
  • A graduate degree in any field.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Senior Decision-Maker Engagement: Ability to build rapport and confidence with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email automation software.
  • Persistent, target-driven, and self-motivated individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
