About the Team:
The International Seller Growth team supports the growth of Selling Partners on the Amazon platform, providing necessary support from launch to removal of blockers and setup for success using various programs and tools. We collaborate with other internal departments to improve tools and processes, enhancing the Selling Partner experience and driving productivity for Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve Seller experience
- Lead a team of account managers and manage program independently
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve tools and processes
- Analyze Seller and program performance trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce in sales/Account management/Category
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
