Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective government relations strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of market access and government affairs programs.
- Represent Vantive at industry forums and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, HTA bodies, and procurement agencies.
- Monitor and analyze healthcare policy, legislation, regulations, and reimbursement trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in healthcare-related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a healthcare organization or within a matrixed structure.
- A team player with the ability to interact and collaborate well with people from all business teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional degree or certification in Public Policy from a reputable institution.
- Prior experience in market access, health economics, and reimbursement, government relations, or relevant fields.
