Job Title: Front Office Asst Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Front Office Assistant Manager. This position plays a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front office, ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Front Office Manager in supervising staff, administering front office functions, and maximizing financial performance.
  • To work with managers and employees to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • To maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • To supervise and manage employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You should also have a strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.

You will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related area, or a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.
