We are seeking a skilled Representative Customer Service professional to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers via inbound and/or outbound calls or emails, providing customer service support and resolving routine problems regarding clients' products or services.
Key responsibilities include clarifying customer requirements, probing for understanding, using decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution, and listening attentively to customer needs and concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
The successful candidate will also have a minimum of 2.5 to 3 years of inbound call centre experience, a graduate or undergraduate degree in any discipline, and be willing to work complete night shifts with week off (Saturday-Sunday). Additionally, they must be able to ensure that service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
