E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Merchandising Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing business that is constantly expanding its categories and product lines.

The ideal candidate will assist in the administrative, product, and technical tasks pertaining to new and existing items. Their responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to manage product launch schedules and item setup.

• Overseeing brand line sheets of detailed product information for all items online.

• Solving vendor queries through emails and calls.

• Maintaining communication with all teams to ensure a smooth process for the launch of each brand.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Launch Management: Assist in managing product launch schedules and ensuring timely item setup.

2. Brand Line Sheets: Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand line sheets containing detailed product information.

3. Vendor Communication: Respond to vendor queries and resolve issues promptly.

4. Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication with all teams to ensure a seamless product launch process.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
