Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage day-to-day banking operations in our finance team's treasury department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, documentation, and database management related to banking, borrowing, foreign exchange, investments, and working capital.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling the day-to-day operations of a corporate treasury function with high efficiency.
  • Investing in mutual funds and fixed deposits according to established investment policies.
  • Coordinating with banks and fund houses for transaction execution.
  • Database management to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Documenting treasury operations accurately.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders for transaction closure.
  • Ensuring timely accounting of treasury transactions.
  • Maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the treasury function.
  • Ensuring zero errors in database management.
  • Managing turnaround times for documentation.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with bankers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be self-disciplined, and have minimal supervision requirements. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential. A basic understanding of general banking terminology and processes is required. Additionally, the candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of Reuters or Bloomberg will be an added advantage.
