Bioprocess Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Bioprocess Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting clients across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, or a related field. You will work closely with clients to understand their process requirements and propose technical solutions. This includes preparing and delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their process needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver technical content to support client engagement and sales efforts.
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development.
  • Work with design and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and engineered solutions.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in the region and provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services.
  • Strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
