Software Engineer for Quality and Assurance

Ensuring the quality of software products is a crucial aspect of our organization. As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a vital role in guaranteeing that our software meets the highest standards.

  • Understand project requirements thoroughly and raise questions if anything is unclear.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of queries and updates to ensure the team's clarity at all times.
  • Develop test cases and scenarios to cover all possible situations.
  • Prepare and manage test data for various systems and integrations.
  • Perform manual and automation testing – including system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Test APIs, POS systems, kiosks, and menu modules.
  • Report bugs, track them, and follow through until resolved.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to discuss issues and updates.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
  • API testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI or similar).
  • Automation testing (Selenium-Java or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink.
  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
  • Hands-on testing experience with POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations.
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.
