Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent software experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements and product specifications.
  • Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and report defects using an issue tracking system.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
  • Test Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update test cases, test scripts, and test documentation to ensure proper tracking of testing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in manual and automation testing, ideally more than 3 years in a similar QA role.
  • Experience with testing web applications.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in writing detailed test cases and test plans.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and different testing methodologies.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
