Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering principles, a passion for building robust and maintainable code, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality backend systems, including APIs, microservices, and databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration with front-end applications and other backend systems.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new knowledge and best practices to enhance system performance and security.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Strong understanding of Node.js, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker). Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for learning and staying current with industry developments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles.Certifications in areas like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Participation in open-source projects or contributing to community-driven initiatives.Skills in machine learning, data science, or DevOps.
