Job Title: Tech Lead

We are seeking an accomplished senior professional with 7+ years of experience to lead engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend technologies, expertise in software architecture design, cloud platforms, and the ability to lead development teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions architecture support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in technical implementations.
  • Occasionally contribute as a hands-on developer when required.
  • Leverage expertise in multiple tech stacks to enhance project accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
  • Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance.
  • Conduct training sessions and mentor developers on technical best practices.
  • Ensure coding standards, design principles, and architectural best practices are followed.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks: Nodejs OR MEAN, Reactjs OR MERN, Python.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspectives.
