Data Science Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned data science expert to lead the development and deployment of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision solutions.

  • Design, develop, and implement complex models and algorithms to address business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions into the existing technology stack.

The successful candidate will analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.

They will conduct research on the latest trends in Analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends in Analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML, DL, NLP, and computer vision solutions.
  • Proficient in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
