Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IND AS accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for shareholders and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to financial reporting processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered accountant.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience working in a listed company or a similar environment will be preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
