Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Financial Operations: Supervise all financial tasks and operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Manage AR and AP/expense management processes to minimize delays and errors.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Research and resolve complex financial questions and unusual cases, providing effective solutions to escalated issues.
  • Quality Assurance and Policy Execution: Implement quality assurance processes and contribute to the execution of finance policies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial information from transaction initiation through financial close to external reporting.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of experience in accounts and finance roles, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with GST regulations and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP Finance & Controlling Module.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and provide insights.
  • Experience in managing financial operations and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
