Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Professional to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure business transactions are accurately reported and in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Work closely with team members to facilitate payables and receivables processes.
- Assist with the annual audit process, including drafting financial statements and related notes.
- Research and analyze expense variances for senior management.
- Manage accounts payable & receivable operations.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in account reconciliations, accounts payable/receivables, forecasting, budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Requirements:- 4-8 years of professional accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent experience.
- Must be proficient with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks or Tally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries, documenting financial transactions, and recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options. They will also summarize current financial status, substantiate financial transactions, maintain accounting controls, guide accounting clerical staff, reconcile financial discrepancies, secure financial information, and prepare payments.
