Senior Patent Analyst

This role is responsible for executing projects in diverse areas of technology and Patent Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project requirements, particularly in the Intellectual Property domain, and ensure high quality deliverables for clients. Additionally, the role involves guiding team members on client projects and ensuring timely delivery of internal & external reports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client
- Ensuring high Quality delivery and TAT compliance
- Ensuring closure of any feedback received on the project
- Contributing to training/upskilling team members, as required
- Providing in-depth feedback and feedforward to team members on various projects
- Meeting individual and project level targets
- Ensuring timely delivery of internal & external reports
- Displaying effective and responsive communication
- Participating in Learning and Development activities at various levels; supporting various BU wide initiatives
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Infringement Analysis, Claim chart development, Product Testing, etc. In-Depth knowledge on Standard Essential Patent Mapping. Experience with WLAN (Wi-Fi 5/6/7, WFA), 3GPP standards. Must have ability to build and maintain relationships, and work confidently with people at all levels. Must possess an enthusiastic and approachable personality. Must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to earn trust and credibility. Must have ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality. Must be willing to accept responsibility and make decisions based on experience, education and understanding of project needs.
