Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical analysis of standards to identify evidence of usage
  • Rate / rank patents based on similarities and / or differences identified with the relevant standards
  • Prepare EOUs / claim charts based on the standards identified
  • Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools to identify patents relevant to telecommunications and WiFi standards
  • Review the work of other team members and handle client communication
  • Mentor research and senior research associates and be responsible for their career management and performance evaluation
  • Handle key client accounts independently
  • Responsible for the overall quality and delivery of project reports
  • Maintain the team's productivity and utilization data

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in electronics and communication, signal processing, or telecommunication with 3-5 years of relevant / industry experience
  • Extensive understanding of telecom standards such as Wi-Fi / LTE / 5G
  • At least four years of experience in conducting invalidation searches or standard essentiality analysis in the domains of Wi-Fi / LTE / 5G SEPs
  • Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools to identify patents relevant to telecommunications and WiFi standards
