Process Associate Job Summary

You'll make a difference by overseeing the billing cycle and financial analysis for our organization.

  • Responsible for managing ICC & ICB monthly billing activities and analyzing P&L accounts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate billing reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Plan and execute tool and Esprit uploads (FC and Budget) to streamline financial processes.
  • Aware of journal entries validation, recode, accruals, provisions, and bonus processing.
  • Monitor vendor invoices and provide approvals for payment release.
  • Generate and distribute accurate Balance sheet and P&L reports in a timely manner.
  • Interface with finance controllers and business units to ensure billings are processed correctly and discrepancies are analyzed and resolved.
  • Develop highly advanced MIS Solutions to support financial decision-making and provide analysis on cost centers, payables/receivables, and other financial metrics.

Your success is grounded in:

  • A strong academic background in business management, business administration, finance, or accounting.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and process management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced MS Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to manage complexity in fast-paced environments.
