Solution Architect Position Overview

The Solution Architect plays a crucial role in identifying and defining technical requirements for solutions in development, ensuring consistency across all applications and services.

The key responsibilities include designing technical solutions, identifying and owning architectural risks, planning system integration activities, and contributing to solution development by coding and testing technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in enterprise architecture design and consulting, cloud architecture design, system integration activities, and proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

You should also have exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation using text and diagrams to articulate cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, you'll participate in the selection of platforms and technologies, help build and maintain technical roadmaps, and foster a positive culture within the team.

You'll also be responsible for providing advice to development teams on technical implications, enabling the reuse of patterns and components, and utilizing architecture visualization tools to communicate complex technical solutions.
