Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled technical support specialist to provide high-quality assistance for our GWS technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and effective solutions to technical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to GWS technology.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Train and guide junior team members and interns on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-6 years of experience in TAC support or technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of GWS technology and associated tools.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support platforms.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
