Role Summary:

  • The Senior Executive - Influencer Relations will spearhead the growth of our Influencer Marketing vertical, ensuring operational excellence and building strategic relationships with influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to meet client requirements.
  2. Ensure timely campaign execution while maintaining tight deadlines.
  3. Conduct thorough research to recruit, onboard, and negotiate partnerships with influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  4. Brief, manage, and optimize influencer collaborations.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate databases of influencer information.
  6. Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve quarterly goals and targets.

Skillset Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Familiarity with social media insights and data analysis tools.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and coordination skills.
