Job Title: Financial Manager

We seek a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to fill the role of Financial Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, analysis, and management.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
    • Partner with stakeholders to conduct periodic accounting reviews.
    • Support valuation processes of portfolio companies in line with internal policies and auditor requirements.
  • Treasury Functions:
    • Support capital call monitoring, reconciliations, and liquidity planning.
    • Provide transaction support for capital deployment, including deal documentation review and payment processing.
  • Investor Communication:
    • Manage investor communication for capital calls and distributions.
    • Respond to investor queries and information requests with high professionalism and attention to detail.
Financial Controlling – Manager and Advisor Entities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounts team to review monthly financial statements across all Manager and Advisor entities.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of all tax filings, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable:
  • Oversee the end-to-end AP and AR processes, ensuring optimized turnaround times for disbursements and collections while maintaining robust internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • CA with min 4-5 years of experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial reporting tools.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, effortlessly navigating complex workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
