Investor Relations Specialist Role Summary

Our organization seeks an Investor Relations Specialist to join our team in a voice process role. This highly skilled and articulate individual will interact directly with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and consistent communication regarding company performance, strategy, and market updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders.
  • Provide information about the company's financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information.
  • Escalate critical investor queries to the Investor Relations Manager/Leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with governance norms during communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in voice process / customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.
