Job Title: Design Innovator

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Design Innovator who can create intuitive, scalable design solutions for our portfolio of workflow products. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for translating user and product requirements into high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather actionable insights through user research, including observational studies and user interviews.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and other teams to align on product goals and roadmap.
  • Advocate for user-centred design thinking in every stage of the product development lifecycle.
  • Support the product management team in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisions.
  • Leverage data to refine user experience and maximize product value.
  • Find opportunities to innovate and improve user experience with an experimental approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.
  • Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context.
  • Proven experience with on-ground user research methods and fieldwork.
