Job Description

As a seasoned Operations Leader, you will oversee a team of Design and Production specialists to ensure seamless project execution. Your key responsibility is to coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor teams, Installer teams, etc., to guarantee timely delivery and exceptional quality standards.

  • Assume ownership of the customer experience from project inception to handover, acting as the highest point of escalation for your region. Ensure that any customer concerns are addressed promptly within committed timelines and projects conclude on a positive note.
  • Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams like installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, product teams, etc., to facilitate swift issue resolution and empower your team members to tackle ground-level problems effectively.
  • Empower and mentor your existing team while hiring top talent nationwide to strengthen your regional presence.
  • Ensure uniform adherence to defined processes and standards across the team to deliver standardized customer experiences consistently.
  • Responsible for adhering to customer move-in timelines, overall customer satisfaction scores, and prompt resolution of customer escalations.

Expertise and Qualifications:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills, including direct team supervision.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail, and analytical abilities required.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Effective strategic alliances and business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to maximize project reach.
