Senior Credit Underwriter

Job Summary
">The ideal candidate will oversee credit underwriting operations for corporate realty and funding group business, ensuring portfolio management adheres to regulatory frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing credit buying processes to monitor turnarounds, approvals, and quality checks
- Reviewing existing policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure alignment with organizational needs and external environment
- Conducting periodic evaluations of borrower financial status and assessing credit worthiness through analysis of financial data
- Ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
- Approving disbursement requests based on adherence to requirements
Additional responsibilities include:
- Collecting post-disbursal documents and reducing partly disbursed cases
- Analyzing legal, compliance, and market-risk-related issues in the lending process
