Senior Technical Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Engineer to join our team.

  • Total experience of 10+ years in software development is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Java 8, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
  • Strong hands-on coding experience in Collections, Exceptions, Streams, and Lambdas is necessary.
  • Proficiency in unit testing frameworks for Java, such as JUnit or TestNG, is expected.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and cloud platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SOA-based architecture, Web Services, and Relational Databases is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Write high-quality code and review it thoroughly.
  • Analyze client needs and develop solutions that meet functional requirements.
  • Define design methodologies and tool sets to enable application development.
  • Lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
  • Create WBS and estimated effort for given modules/tasks.
  • Address issues promptly and provide constructive feedback to the team.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and excellent communication skills.
