This role provides an opportunity to lead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging your knowledge of lean six sigma tools and process excellence methodology to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements & digital solutions across the business or organization.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with excellent project management experience in designing and driving small to large-scale improvement & transformation projects. Your expertise in automation, robotics, and other digital technologies will enable you to come up with creative solutions to address customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic black belt level projects to drive end-to-end business impact to processes
- Mentoring/coaching support to operations on transformation, lean six sigma projects
- Designing and project managing digital/analytics transformation projects
- Revitalizing LSS culture by embedding LSS skills in Operations, driving client engagement
- Working with Ops leads Vertical Leads and customers to design, implement, and drive Value Generating (VG) roadmaps and/or Transformation Roadmaps (Digital and Analytics Included)
The ideal candidate will possess a university graduate degree, excellent problem-solving and analytical bent of mindset, lean & green belt trained, tested, and certified. Strong communication and leadership skills, along with a sense of urgency and critical thinking, are essential for success in this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and may vary accordingly.
