Job Title:

Supply Chain Consultant (Sourcing & Procurement)


  • Conduct market analysis and process maturity assessments with clients to develop compelling business cases for outsourcing.
  • Create winning value propositions and articulate supply chain service offerings in RFPs/RFIs.
  • Present and defend solutions during client discussions.
  • Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide support during transition to steady state.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
  • Represent the organization in analyst interactions.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Energy & Resources, Hi-Tech, Retail, CPG, Travel & Hospitality, etc.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
  • Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
