As a Technical Program Manager Intern, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing technical programs from inception to delivery. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing complex projects, managing project dependencies, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning & Execution: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing technical programs to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project continuity and success.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Develop and maintain project documentation, track progress, and identify opportunities to enhance team processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders, promoting transparency and collaboration.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing or participating in technical projects (either through coursework, previous internships, or personal projects).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of system design or software engineering principles is a plus.
