Hiring a Lead PHP Developer to Spearhead Product Development.

We are seeking an exceptional developer to lead our product development team, utilizing their extensive experience in website design and coding using PHP format.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of web applications using PHP and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Design and optimize database schemas for MySQL and MSSQL databases.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in PHP development, with 2-3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in MySQL and MSSQL, including database design and query optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of CodeIgniter PHP frameworks.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Excellent understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
