Key Responsibilities:
1. Discovery Calls & Client Engagement (80% Sales-Focused):
Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues.
Establish rapport, build trust, and guide clients to understand their support needs.
Pitch treatment packages, demonstrating how they align with client goals.
Communicate benefits and outcomes of various treatments, addressing concerns or questions.
Close sales and onboard clients into the treatment process.
2. Therapeutic Support (20% Therapy-Focused):
Offer brief therapeutic support during initial calls, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
Provide insights and recommendations based on client needs, upholding confidentiality and ethics.
Refer clients to resources if not immediately ready for treatment.
3. Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with therapists to ensure seamless transitions from discovery calls to ongoing plans.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress for accurate information.
Assist in improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings through feedback.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or related field.
- Certification or licensure in sex therapy or related field (depending on location requirements).
- Prior experience in sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
- Ability to pitch and close sales professionally and empathetically.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
