Our mission is to help individuals and organizations overcome mental health challenges. We offer a comprehensive mental health solution for employers and health plans, utilizing clinically validated technology called Precision Mental Healthcare.

We serve over 800 companies worldwide with our platform, which provides meditation, coaching, therapy, medication, and more. Our partners include various global organizations. We are seeking qualified Life & Wellness Coaches to join our network as 1099 contract providers.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of your session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our support teams when needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, including the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), or Association for Coaching (AC).
  • Minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required.
  • Adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
  • Trained in evidence-based modalities of support, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Telehealth competent and comfortable with technology.
  • Committed to quality care and eager to expand capabilities and increase effectiveness.
  • Liked working independently but enjoys team support and opportunities for connections and collaboration.
