About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at CareStack™ - Dental Practice Management. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from their current practice management system to CareStack.
In this role, you will work closely with the data conversion team to establish proper data conversion across all data fields, validate the sandbox environment for accuracy of migrated data, and identify potential risks. You will also communicate regularly with the customer POC to find any specific concerns with CS migration or specific expectations that the implementation lead should prepare for during training.
About the Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CareStack Features: The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of CareStack workflows, features, and reports.
- Understanding of Practice Operations: You will understand custom reporting requirements and how it can be solved for using existing reporting frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with our customers.
