We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and be responsible for day-to-day operations and steady-state reliability of the VCF stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents; drive problem management and root cause analysis.
  • Perform routine health checks and remediation across vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vROps.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vROps, as well as experience in platform administration, security, and compliance. They will work closely with customer IT teams to maintain platform health, implement changes, and proactively optimize capacity and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • vSphere: clusters, resource pools, DRS/HA, vMotion/Storage vMotion, templates, VM lifecycle.
  • vSAN: storage policies, capacity planning, resync monitoring, performance troubleshooting.
  • NSX (NSXT): segments/overlays, T0/T1 gateways (awareness), distributed firewall (DFW) rules, NAT, basic load balancing concepts.
  • vROps / Aria Operations: dashboards, alert tuning, capacity/performance analytics, reporting.

A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills is essential for this role. The ability to provide status updates, capacity/performance reports, and knowledge base articles will be key to success.
