Job Title

We are seeking a strategic communications expert to develop and implement public relations strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives.

  • Liaise daily with clients and the media via telephone and email to build strong relationships and networks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the PR aspect of a possible crisis and provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progress.
  • Monitor media coverage, collate, analyse, and evaluate media coverage, and track newspapers, magazines, and websites for opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Plan publicity strategies and campaigns, strategize, enable execution, and create quarterly roadmaps.
  • Write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media, promote news stories and features, and write and produce presentations, in-house magazines, brochures, reports, and promotional materials.
  • Organize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits, attend and promote client events to media and PR platforms, and coordinate studio or location photography.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, media, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and influencer activities to conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries.
  • Ensure proper documentation across all initiatives and maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed.
