National Retail Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and direct retail strategies for regions, implementing projects and trials.
  • Communicate business objectives to team members, ensuring they remain informed of business activities and required contributions to targets.

Core Functions:

  • Footfall Generation: Develop quarterly activity plans to generate footfall in stores, providing necessary support.
  • Create store business plans in consultation with regional business managers and teams, coordinating with headquarters for execution.
  • Competition Analysis: Analyze competition information to build a comprehensive picture of competitor strategy, identifying emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Business Development Visits: Provide final opinions on business potential sites, filter leads from regional business managers, and anchor relationships with local representatives.

Franchisee Management:

  • Manage franchisee relationships from a business perspective.
  • Resolve conflicts efficiently.

SOP Compliance:

  • Monitor regular reports and audit results, addressing recurring trends at stores.

Merchandize Management:

  • Monitor regular reports and audit results, addressing recurring trends at stores.
  • Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to maximize stock potential in regions.

VM:

  • Assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising arrangements at outlets and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure that all stores' visual presentations align with the brand image.

Marketing:

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns.

Store Operations:

  • Analyze the quality of store openings and identify delay patterns.
  • Monitor operations and ensure compliance with cash management, stock management, and cost management policies.
  • Develop new store opening plans, monitor launch processes, and evaluate new store performance for the first three months.
  • Identify underperforming stores and develop business plans to address issues effectively.

Competitive Edge:

  • Encourage continuous knowledge development among regional business managers regarding competitor activity and local market conditions.
  • Encourage managers to identify trends and suggest innovative recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collect and analyze consumer behavior data, monitoring CRM registration rates and consumer trend insights.
  • Develop strong relationships with top customers (approximately 5) from every store.
  • Collaborate with agencies for customer engagement, store launches, CRM campaigns, and analytics.
