Key Retail Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team.

Job Description:

As the point-of-contact for our offline retail presence, you will be responsible for ensuring products are displayed, promoted, and performing at their best in partner stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact for all retail partners where our products are sold.
  • Track and report daily/weekly sales performance of each retail partner.
  • Ensure planogram adherence, stock replenishment, and product display standards in all partner stores.
  • Liaise with store managers and floor staff to keep them updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand ethos.
  • Execute and monitor offers, schemes, and in-store activations.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit visibility, collect feedback, and resolve on-ground issues.
  • Share insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Inventory) to ensure smooth retail operations.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years' experience in retail operations / sales/ visual merchandising in fashion apparels.
  • Prior exposure to MBO management or store coordination preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build rapport with store teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel to stores across India.
  • A self-starter who enjoys being on the ground and making things happen.
